After registering for The HAL Academy, you will receive your training material by mail (within 10 business days). Marriott
Marriott’s Hotel Excellence program, is an outstanding web based training program that includes content not just on the Marriott brand, but also useful information on selling hotels and the hotel industry. Upon successful completion of Marriott's Hotel Excellence training, travel agents will receive: a certificate signed by J.W. Princess Cruises and Cunard Line
After registering for Princess Cruises and Cunard Line’s Onesource Travel Agent Center, you have access to their array of classes and online learning solutions. Certification classes are four levels each for Princess Cruises & Cunard Line and each level requires several classes for a total of 25 classes. RBC Insurance (for Canadian members only)

Starwood Hotels & Resorts announces the launch of ProLearning (www.StarwoodPro.com) – a new, online travel professional training program designed to help you better understand each of Starwood’s nine brands in order to customize travel according to your customers’ preferences. ProLearning allows travel professionals to work on-line at their own pace, with little advance work or preparation. Complete the first module and you will qualify for exclusive STARPRO rates through Starwood’s new Travel Professional Experience Rate program.
